Meet the Dentist

Dr. Kaleb Martin completed his undergraduate studies at Colorado Statue University, majoring in biology, before attending the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, from which he graduated in 2024. Dr. Martin is dedicated to staying at the forefront of the dental field, and regularly completes continuing education courses. He is also a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Dental Honor Society.

Dr. Martin joined the Open Door Dental team in July 2024. As a dentist, his goal is to utilize evidence-based science to help others live pain-free, meaningful and happy lives.

When not in the office. Dr. Martin loves to watch sports, work on his classic Mustang and spend time outdoors camping, fishing or paddleboarding.

Dr. Jayden Burton earned a biology major with a chemistry minor from Idaho State University, graduating magna cum laude. He went on to complete his Doctor of Dental Surgery at Creighton University, where he graduated cum laude in 2024. Dedicated to continual growth, Dr. Burton pursues continuing education on a weekly to monthly basis, with a current focus on implant restoration principles and techniques.

Dr. Burton has been practicing in the area since July 2024. His goal as a dentist is to help people improve their smiles and oral health through thoughtful planning, precise clinical work and clear communication. He is motivated by achieving successful and happy outcomes for each patient, and he values the opportunity to use careful, hands-on skills to relieve pain, enhance confidence and support long-term wellbeing.

Outside the office, Dr. Burton enjoys spending time with his wife, Taylor, and their dog, Echo. He gravitates toward anything outdoors and appreciates opportunities to explore, unwind and stay active in nature.

Dr. Seth Mitchell earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from Brigham Young University–Idaho, then completed his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Nevada Las Vegas in 2020. He is committed to lifelong learning and completes yearly continuing education through in-person and online courses. Dr. Mitchell is a member of the American Dental Association®.

Dr. Mitchell has practiced in Grants Pass for a little over two years following three years of clinical experience in Roseburg, OR. His goals as a dentist are to offer kind, gentle and thorough care to every patient. He especially enjoys educating patients about all aspects of dentistry so they feel informed and comfortable with their oral health and any recommended treatment.

Outside the office, Dr. Mitchell enjoys an active life with his family. He and his wife have been married for 13 years and are the proud parents of three children. He likes to play basketball, volleyball and tennis. He also enjoys hiking and traveling with his family. When relaxing, he loves studying history and geography.

Dr. Ryan Bailey earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from The Ohio State University College of Dentistry in 2009. Following graduation, he completed a one-year General Practice Residency (GPR), gaining advanced training in comprehensive dentistry and valuable experience in a hospital setting. Committed to professional growth, Dr. Bailey pursues continuing education every year to keep pace with current techniques and evidence-based care.

Dr. Bailey has practiced in the Rogue Valley for six years. His vision is to improve the dental and overall health of people in the community by addressing the challenges that exist within the current system of delivering dental care. He believes that thoughtful collaboration, clear communication and preventive education can reduce barriers, enhance outcomes and build lasting trust with patients.

Outside the practice, Dr. Bailey is a devoted family man. He is married and the proud father of five children. He values time together at home, supports his children’s goals and celebrates the milestones that come with a busy family life.

Dr. Chloey Jones earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon, graduating in 2020. She completed her undergraduate studies in biochemistry at Arizona State University, where she built a strong foundation in the sciences that supports her work in clinical dentistry. Following dental school, Dr. Jones pursued an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) in Hilo, Hawaii, gaining additional experience in comprehensive care.

Dr. Jones maintains all required continuing education and stays current with evolving standards and best practices. She has practiced in the area since 2021 and is committed to delivering respectful, attentive and detail-oriented care for patients of all ages.

Outside the office, Dr. Jones enjoys spending time on personal interests and staying active in her community.

Dr. Kazzazi is a dedicated and patient-focused dentist who graduated from Creighton University School of Dentistry in 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of California, Riverside. As a member of the American Dental Association®, he remains committed to continuing education every few months to stay current with advancements in dental care.

After a year and a half of practicing in the area, Dr. Kazzazi continues to prioritize fairness and high-quality care in every patient interaction. His goal is to ensure each individual receives the best possible treatment in a supportive and respectful environment.

When not in the office, he enjoys playing basketball, participating in triathlons and hiking through the woods with his dog. These active pursuits reflect his energetic and motivated approach to life and dentistry.
